Materials & care

The die-cast metal mixer body can be wiped clean with a damp cloth. The stainless steel mixing bowl, chef's whisk, flat mixing paddle, dough hook, and splash guard are all dishwasher safe. Ensure the mixer is unplugged before cleaning.

Compatibility

This mixer features a power outlet on the head compatible with a range of optional Cuisinart attachments, including a pasta roller and cutter, pasta extruder, meat grinder, frozen dessert maker, and spiralizer (all sold separately).

How to use

Place the mixer on a stable surface and plug it in. Raise the tilt-back head, insert the desired attachment, and lock the bowl into the base. Add ingredients to the bowl, lower the head, and select one of the 12 speeds using the control knob. Use the splash guard with pour spout to add ingredients while mixing without making a mess.
