Refund policy

At Sianipar Consults LLC, we want you to be happy with your backpack, lunch box, or everyday essential. If something isn't right, here's how our returns and refunds work.

Where This Policy Applies

This policy applies to orders shipped within the United States.

Returns

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products. If you've changed your mind about an item, or if it arrived damaged or faulty, you're welcome to return it under the terms below.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer exchanges. If you'd like a different size, color, or product, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order for the item you'd prefer.

Product Condition

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • New and unused, with all original tags and packaging intact (defective items are accepted regardless of condition)

Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact us at infos@sianiparconsultsllc.shop with your order number and the reason for your return.
  2. We'll provide you with a prepaid return label, which is included in your original package at no cost to you.
  3. Pack the item securely and attach the return label.
  4. Drop off the package by mail at your nearest carrier location.

Return Shipping & Restocking Fees

  • Return label: Free, included in your package
  • Restocking fees: None — there is no cost to you for returning an eligible item

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund to your original payment method. Please allow up to 14 days for the refund to be processed.

You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued. Please note that it may take a few additional business days for the refund to appear on your bank or credit card statement, depending on your financial institution.

Non-Returnable Situations

Items that show signs of use beyond normal inspection, or that are missing original packaging (for non-defective returns), may not be eligible for a full refund. If you have any questions about whether your item qualifies, please reach out before sending it back.
